Aspire AT

Aspire AT is a dedicated app developed exclusively for officers of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries (MAFF) in Cambodia, serving 25 provinces and cities. The app facilitates seamless data entry and management for households, producers organizations, SMEs, and project activities. By leveraging Aspire AT, officers can streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain accurate, real-time information to support MAFFs initiatives effectively.

Agriculture Services Programme for an Inclusive Rural Economy and Agricultural Trade (ASPIRE-AT) is a programme of the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia (GoKC) implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) and financed by the International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD), European Investment Bank (EIB) and GoKC.
